Golf Outing Registration

Read these important details before registering for the 17th Annual Ace Hardware/Children's Miracle Network Golf Outing:

  • The registration deadline is Monday, July 7, 2008
  • If you are planning to golf with an Ace team member, please enter their name with your registration.
  • If you are registering more than one team (4-5 individuals), start a new registration for each additional foursome.
  • You will have three payment options: credit card, vendor debit or check. If paying by credit card or vendor debit, please have your information ready as you may not register without submitting payment information. Diners Club cards are not accepted.
  • If you want to make any changes to your registration, DO NOT RE-REGISTER. Have your confirmation number ready and call the Ace Hardware Foundation at 630-990-6523 to make changes to your registration.
