EVALUATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT PROCESS

Evaluations are an important part of any successful educational process. In order for AHIMA to maintain its high standard of education in the HIM industry, we need your input regarding the convention.

CONVENTION AND EXHIBIT EVALUATION
This year evaluations are available online. Please note: Session evaluations are required to complete the CEU process. Once the evaluation/CEU process is completed you will be able to print your CEU form. You may complete your evaluations daily or you may complete several days at one time. If you complete your evaluations/CEU process daily, you will receive separate forms for each day.

HOW TO GET YOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
Evaluations AND CEUs have been linked to streamline the process. In order for you to more fully participate in the convention and not spend time in lines, this process was simplified. You can complete the evaluations at the convention OR an e-mail will await you upon your return from Seattle with a link to both the evaluation and CEU form. All attendees wishing to receive CEUs must complete an evaluation of each session.

Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances some speakers may have been substituted. In such cases please respond based upon the speakers who were in attendance.

Please select the evaluation type that best describes you.

I have completed the event evaluation and would like to skip to the CEU/Session Evaluation Process.

Note: If you are on any individual page for more than seven (7) minutes, the website will "time out", your information will not be saved, and you will need to start the evaluation process over from the beginning.

Please note: Upon exiting the program, copies of the CEU form WILL NOT be maintained in the system. All attendees are responsible for maintaining their records. To reprint after exiting a blank form will be available at http://www.ahima.org/convention/2008.
